Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I cooked this last night, but plan to have it for dinner tonight on a spinach salad. I skipped the salt and added a little garlic. This makes a great sauce for the chicken.
I substituted onion and garlic powder for the salt and added a little dried mustard to the sauce. Very tasty and didn't miss the salt.
Quick, easy and lowfat are pluses for this recipe.
Very good! I am a vegetarian so I used this on the Quorn Naked Chicken cutlets, which are the equivalent of chicken breasts, but much lower in fat, cholesterol and calories. I will use this again!
i am not usually a big balsamic fan, but my father is, so we made it for him (trying to get him to eat healthier). i LOVED this recipe.... very tasty and very easy to make.
