    Delicious!--made changes/used same basic formula
96% lean beef; light skim provolone & mozzerella; 9x13 pan = 12 servings. This equaled approx 320 cal / serving or less

    Incredible!
I made this for my family and they loved it! The only changes I made was that I used Plain Greek Yogurt in place of the sour cream, and I substituted Barilla Plus Penne for regular ziti. Next time I make this I will omit the onion (personal preference) and add garlic. Delicious!!! - 3/17/11

My family loved this! I also made the changes that AugieBear made with the lean beef, light cheeses and 9x13 pan. This recipe will be a regular in our house! - 3/12/11
