Ingredients

    2 oz 1/3 Less Fat Philly Cream Cheese
    1 egg
    2 pkts Equal (or Splenda)
    .25 tsp Vanilla

Directions

In cereal bowl, soften cream cheese in microwave for about 30 sec. Mix in egg until smooth add sweetener and vanilla.
Nuke for 1 1/4 - 2 minutes.
Enjoy!

can be topped with a varitey of things:
peanut butter, cinnamon, s/f syrup, nuts, seeds, s/f jellies, etc.

The 1/3 less fat Philly has a tiny fewer carbs than the full fat or low fat types, and tastes great!

    It was amazing! I added 1/4 tsp cinnamon, maybe 1/4 tsp coconut flour, and 1/2 tsp agave nectar. It was great. - 7/29/13

    That hit the spot - made with FF cream cheese and took the suggestion to add a sprinkle of cinnamon. Added a tbsp of jam on top when it was done. - 12/7/16

    I think this one grows on you. I didn't like it the first time, but now I crave it! I mix the cinnamon in and like to leave a glop on cream cheese in the middle when I start cooking. - 5/14/10
