Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 box orzo pasta (approx. 14 oz)
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 lemons, zested
    1/4 cup parsley
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook orzo in salted water according to package.
Drain well. Do not run under water.
Transfer to serving bowl, drizzle orzo with oil and season with salt & pepper.
Add lemon zest and parsley and toss.

    I had orzo in a bag and used this recipe with it. This is my first time cooking orzo. It was kind of bland. I will try it with the box orzo to see if it taste diffent. - 7/30/07
