Incredible! From the first bite you know the recipe is a keeper. Canned salmon isn't always a favorite, this recipe completely changes that thought. This will be a staple in my meal planning for myself, friends and family. Nicely done! - 1/20/10

I think i may try subbing ground pork rinds for the bread crumbs to save even more carbs . I like hot pepper in them too. - 10/10/12

I absolutely loved it! I only used 1 tbsp of mayonaise and used 2 tbsp of greek style yoghurt. I do this with other recicpes as well, you will not miss the mayonaise. I added a little bit of musterd some finely chopped red pepper and used spring onions in stead of regular. Fantastic!! - 7/27/12

I loved this recipe! If you have a tendency to get squeamish when fish is too "fishy" and have a sensitive gag reflex but LOVE salmon...you will like this recipe! It knocked the fishiness OUT and tasted awesome! I really enjoyed it and so did my 15 month old daughter!!! Highly recommended!! :-) - 10/24/13

These were awesome! I did add just a pinch of Old Bay seasoning and didn't have seasoned bread crumbs so used plain and added a little Italian Seasoning. Baked in the oven as someone else suggested and whole family loved them! - 11/17/14

Instead of frying these burgers, I baked them in a 375 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes flipping them over halfway through. They held together beautifully. I didn't have dried parsley so added a tsp of dried dill. I divided the mixture into 6 patties so they were bigger. They were satisfying. - 3/6/14

This recipe is a keeper! I don't really care for salmon much but eat it because it has so many pluses to it, but this recipe made it enjoyable. Even my 2 yr. old granddaughter ate it up and we can't get her to eat much other than pasta! She loved it! - 3/22/11
