For a Greek flavor, add a pinch of crushed dill and some cracked black pepper as well. (Think Gyro Tzatziki sauce flavor.) Stir in a Tbsp. of low fat sour cream into the lime juice to make a sauce for the pasta. - 10/29/07

This recipe is great cuz it leaves room for interpretation. The basic flavor combination let you get creative with the vegetables and other spices to create and recreate - want Mexican? Add some corn, cumin, and chili powder. Italian? Add some zucchini, tomatoes, basil and oregano. It's flexible! - 7/31/12

I made the recipe as shown and it definitely had potential. It came out pretty dry. Next time I will try adding more oil and lime juice, as well as some veggies. - 10/25/11

I used lemon because that's what I had on hand. I didn't trust the nutrition facts, they seem a little off. I recalculated, but didn't save. 1 serving is about 10 WW points+ depending on how many ounces of chicken your use. I want to try it w/ broccoli, red pepper flakes and possibly asparagus. - 2/13/11

This recipe can be made vegan (and for a total of 340 calories per serving!) by substituting Quorn filets instead of chicken breasts. - 12/5/08

    Incredible!
I added zucchini, cherry tomatoes from the garden, yellow pepper and red onion. Plus one more clove of garlic and 1/2 lime more juice. Great! My son said it would be better over rice, but we had wheat pasta. Next time will try brown rice. - 8/5/08

Hrm. Recipe needs to be recalced for 2 chicken breast HALVES. There's no way it's over 500 calories for 2 servings. - 11/5/07

I tried this with lemon, too. My modification is to use the zest, grated, as well for a really intense lime flavor. - 10/29/07

Thisn soumnd good however, it seems like is missing something... Like tomatoes, zuchinni, sweet peppers. I guess you just embellish as you see fit. - 10/29/07

We liked this so much! The satisfying dish has a very light feel (I used angelhair wheat pasta). Love, love, love the garlic and hint of lime. I never would have thought my hubby would actually eat pasta with chicken, but he did and loved it!! Thanks for sharing :) - 6/11/07
