Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used lemon because that's what I had on hand. I didn't trust the nutrition facts, they seem a little off. I recalculated, but didn't save. 1 serving is about 10 WW points+ depending on how many ounces of chicken your use. I want to try it w/ broccoli, red pepper flakes and possibly asparagus.
This recipe can be made vegan (and for a total of 340 calories per serving!) by substituting Quorn filets instead of chicken breasts.
Hrm. Recipe needs to be recalced for 2 chicken breast HALVES. There's no way it's over 500 calories for 2 servings.
Very yummy! I add salt to everthing and didn't have to add any to this! Very excited to make it again. It can be made into a one dish very easily by adding any veggie you want!! Yummy!
For a Greek flavor, add a pinch of crushed dill and some cracked black pepper as well. (Think Gyro Tzatziki sauce flavor.) Stir in a Tbsp. of low fat sour cream into the lime juice to make a sauce for the pasta.
