Introduction

Low calorie high flavor complete dinner. Great for guests. Any fish can be used. Low calorie high flavor complete dinner. Great for guests. Any fish can be used.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups of brown rice
    4 cups water
    4 4 oz tilapia filet's
    2 tbsp of your favorite seasonings
    2 tsp chicken bouillon
    2.5 cups broccoli

Directions

Prepare rice first by boiling with water and bouillon for about 45 minutes.
Heat Grill.
Wash and dry tilapia gently. Rub seasonings into flesh.
When rice is done, put fish on grill and cook through.
Steam Broccoli.
Serve fish on a bed of rice with broccoli on the side.
Serves 4
