Ingredients

    1/3 chia seeds
    2 cups nut milk
2 Tbsp agave nector or honey
    Cinnamon and/or nutmeg

Tips

I went by the directions the first time except I added 1 tsp. cinnamon. I will add nutmeg along with cinnamon next time. I didn't use agave but used honey. 5 Star

Directions

Place the chia seed and agave nectar in a bowl and cover them with the nut milk. Stir and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Stir again and then place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight. Add more chia seeds if you like it thicker or add more nut milk to think. Garnish with Cinnamon. The pudding will keep for 2-3 days in the frig.

I used ALDI brand flavored almond milk (sweetened vanilla) that had 90 calories per cup, but left out the honey. I've also used 60 calorie sweetened vanilla almond milk (Diamond brand, I think?) which was very good. Makes it easier when in a crunch for time or don't have honey. - 7/21/13
