Ingredients

    1tbsp Chia seeds
    1.5 serving PB 2
    1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
    small banana
    cinnamon to taste
    stevia to taste

Directions

mix all ingredients except banana.
Let chia gel up for 10 mins then add sliced banana

Serving Size: 1

    I love this combo i eat it every morning! but I make my breakfast pudding as follows...1 cup of plain home made Kefir..1/4 cup of bluberries, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 TBSP chia seeds. shake well refrigerate over night. in the morning I add 10 drops of stevia, 1/2 of a banana, and 1 TBSP peanut butter! - 5/17/14
