Ingredients

    1 Can (3 Cups) -Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 t -Worcestershire Sauce
    2.5 C -Egg Noodles
    1 Can (6 oz) -Tuna in Water
    0.5 C -Milk - Nonfat

Directions

Mix Cream of Mushroom, Sauce, Tuna and milk (and any other flavors you'd like. Cook egg noodles. Drain noodles, add to mixture. Pour into a casserole dish and cook for 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees.

Add cheese and/or chips if you'd like.

    I added brocolli, and cumin for spice. I put cheese on top, and still had to add lots of salt and pepper. - 3/1/08

    I love this and my mom made it more fattening by adding crushed potato chips on top-you can use lowfat butter mixed with potato flakes instead and makes a good substitute and whole wheat noodles and lowfat soup too and that would cut down on fat and calories - 2/26/08
