I was a big skeptic of this recipe, but in my search for worthwhile GF pizza, gave this a shot. Cook the crust for 20 min at 425, then let it sit for 10 min before adding marinara, cheese and bacon - then back in the oven for 8 more minutes. Made it 3-4 days in a row when I first found the recipe - 11/13/16

With all the respect due... This was a delicious dish no doubt. Pros... the finish product was a masterpiece, golden brown just like a real pizza. Cons.. the crust mixture was a lil eggy. However, I enjoyed! - 6/8/19

Actually I’d like to change my vote to 3 stars. This ends up being a bit salty without you even adding salt. It looks amazing when it’s done, but it’s hard to get out of the pan in one piece, it becomes more like a cassarole, which may be the point. - 3/18/18

Left out oven temperature, we used 375 degrees, had it in for 19 minutes, wasn't getting brown, bumped it up to 400 degrees and added 5 more minutes for the crust. Used fat free cream cheese, added olives, mushrooms, green peppers, turkey pepperoni for a lean low fat high protein good fats pie. - 2/8/16
