Introduction
Very filling and tastes great. I grill my own chicken tenderloins with a little Lime Pepper Seasoning. I love this. With the dressing it's a little high in cal. & fat, but I splurge and have a great salad as a meal, and just watch my snacking during the day. Very filling and tastes great. Ingredients
-
2 cups iceburg lettuce
1 cup baby spinach
1.5 grilled chicken tenderloins, sliced
1 small crown raw broccoli, chopped
1 baby carrot, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 TB sunflower seeds
4 green olives, sliced
10 seasoned croutons
2 TB Brianna's Home Style Blush Wine Vinegrette
1 TB Miracle Whip Light
Directions
Cut up lettuce, dice veggies. Slice chicken. I mix the vinegrette with the Miracle Whip. Tastes really good this way. (Also good as a coleslaw topping.)Pour dressing over, add croutons. This is one serving as a meal, or will serve two as a side salad.
*The 10 minutes cooking time is for the chicken. I usually grill about 8 or so tenderloins at one time, then use them during the week for a salad or wrap.
