    Very Good
serving size seemed small, so I added some calorie lite veggies (celery, bok choy) & served over brown rice. Tasty & filling - will make again. - 2/22/10

WOW! ZOWIE! Oh Mama- This recipe IS A KEEPER. I served this over Curried Couscous. It was both pretty & delious. My husband RAVED. One little change: I would heat the sauce in a microwave just enough to get the peanut butter to mix. It melted in the frying pan, but it didn't spread to every bite-YUM - 3/21/08
