Yogurt Spinach Dip/spread/meal/salad
I know not many people like plain yogurt sweetened or used as part of a meal but I've eaten varieties of this since I was a kid along with my food or as a meal and it's GREAT and very healthy. So, give it shot and make changes as required to make it better for you, but definitely try it.
