Ingredients

1 can Nonfat Evaporated milk
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups Skim (Nonfat) Milk
2 tbps real vanilla extract
Directions
With Ice Cream Maker:
In large bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Pour into ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Freeze leftovers.
Without Ice Cream Maker (Freezer Method):
Omit Evaporated milk. Whip skim milk (similar to whipped cream). In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; mix well. Fold in whipped milk. Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Freeze leftovers.
