Ingredients

2 packages Old ElPaso reduced sodium Seasoning Mix
2 Lbs. 93% lean ground beef
1 cup of Shredded Mexican cheddar cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
22 Taco Shells
Directions
Cook meat. Drain well in colander. Put back in pan then seasoning and enough water to mix but not be runny.
Cook taco shells at 325 degrees for 6-7 minutes.
Top taco shell with meat mixture, cheese, tomatoes & lettuce.
I also love to cook refried beans with the meal and put them on my taco shell 1st. YUM!! (only 15 more calories for 1 TBS). Top meat with green pepper sauce for a little zip!
