Ingredients

    4 large potatoes (I use white potatoes)
    1/2 tbsp ground thyme
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
    2 cloves garlic minced

Directions

1) Cut potatoes into fry like strips, and pat wedges dry with a paper towel.

2) Place in a bowl and toss with thyme and pepper, and drizzle with oil.

3) Place single layer on a baking sheet, and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.

4) Sprinkle cheese and salt evenly over wedges.

5) Bake for another 10 minutes to brown. Garnish with parsley flakes

    A few issues with the recipe itself. First, you indicate minced garlic as an ingredient, but never indicate when it should be used. Second, you do NOT indicate parsley as an ingredient, but you say to garnish with it at the end. - 5/5/08

    Very Good
    My kids devoured these with NO complaining! When I make something that is healthy, that everyone likes, I am always happy! Thanks for sharing the recipe, I will be making them again! Also, I followed another reviewer's advice and used garlic salt in place of the salt. - 1/4/10
