This recipe was missing something. Probably vanilla. Still, the waffles were very very good, quick and easy. I like crunchy waffles, but these didn't get crunchy on me - too bad. I like crunchy, and I even left them a little longer than the waffle maker recommends. - 11/8/08

Good. I wanted to add some blueberries but was out of them. This is a good recipe to build on for future waffles. - 3/14/10

This recipe was great once I added vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. I also only used one large egg. Mine turned out crisp, but I always put them in the oven to keep them warm while making others. - 2/12/10

    Incredible!
Yum, Yum! I added almond extract. I cut the serving size in half, (only used half cup of batter), topped with fat free reddi wip, sugar free syrup, half a serving of chocolate chips and two maraschino cherries. Yum ( and only 269 calories and 7 grams of fat. Great Breakfast under 300 calories! - 1/3/10

Delicious waffle recipe! One tip that might seem obvious to some, but I didn't think of it right away: spray the waffle iron with pam so they don't stick! Also, 1 cup of batter was a bit too much for me. Four minutes was a perfect amount of time. A little bit more and they get a little crunchy. - 9/1/08

The mixture was too thin for either waffles or pancakes but I tried to double the recipe so I guess that's where I failed. - 6/2/08
