Introduction

A low calorie, low fat tasty treat.
If you wish to make this even more healthy add a tsp. of protein powder.

Ingredients


    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen strawberries partially thawed
    1 medium banana cut into chunks
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    4 packets of artifical sweetner ( I like splenda)
    6 ice cubes


Directions

blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth, then enjoy!

Makes two smoothies.

    this was marvelous, did all ingrediants in half like post ahead of me, and skipped the same items, and then used soy instead, and it was fantastic!! :) - 6/29/08
