Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups All-purpose flour
    1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/2 cup unsalted butter
    2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
    1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Press firmly into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, combine milk, egg, vanilla, walnuts and remaining chips. Spread evenly over hot crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

    This dessert is very good and my family is pretty picky. I think that I would give it five stars if it had called for milk chocolate instead of semi swt. Other than that it is an easy and yummy treat that uniquely delish!!! great to bring to parties too, or just for a visit. very easy:) - 6/11/08

    This is AWESOME! I loved it. So easy, and it tastes like Chili's chocolate chip paradise pie! I added coconut and sprinkled with pecans rather than mix the nuts in. I didn't see where the walnuts were in the ingredients. (Only in the instruction). Amazing! Thank you for the recipe. - 9/29/13
