Introduction

My kids love pizza, and so do I. However, I did not like the fact that it was loaded in fat and wasted calories. I found a compromise that my kids loved. Since my kids do not like veggies, I use a sauce which is a serving of veggies for every fourth of a cup. My kids love pizza, and so do I. 1,744 mg sodium, 366 calories doesn't scream healthy to me. - 9/23/11

No it does not scream healthy, but it is a lot healthy than take out pizza. You can make it healthier by using low sodium cheese and eliminating the pepperoni and making an all veggie pizza. You can even make your own sauce which also eliminates sodium. But I say everything in moderation.

    Incredible!
So easy and so yummy. Both my boys loved this. My 18 year old is into health and fitness and my 16 year old prefers less healthy options. I was pleasantly surprised they both loved it. Now I plan to have this every couple of weeks since it's so quick and easy. Thanks for sharing. - 10/2/08
