Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 pork chops
    2 tsp honey
    1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
    black pepper to taste

Directions

1.) In a small dish mix honey and sauce.
2.) Add pork chops and toss to coat. Allow to marinate.
3.) Heat Goregeforman Grill
4.) Place pork chop on grill and cook (about 15 minutes)

    Didn't have Worchestershire Sauce so used Honey Mustard in place of the honey and sauce - It was delicious! Next time I will try it as written, just to see how much difference there is. - 6/21/10
