Introduction

An easy protein to add to any meal, and the "secret ingredient" (mustard) makes it taste awesome! An easy protein to add to any meal, and the "secret ingredient" (mustard) makes it taste awesome!

Ingredients

    2 serving Egg white, large
    1 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh
    1 fl oz Water, tap
    1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    0.5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted

Directions

Beat egg, egg whites, mustard, and water together, set aside. Melt butter in non-stick skillet (or use butter flavored cooking spray, like PAM instead) over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and sprinkle to taste with salt & pepper. Continue stirring and cooking over low medium heat until done to your preference. Stop just a little before the eggs are as done as you like, as they will continue to cook for a bit right after serving.

    Love mustard, does add something to the eggs. I try to remember to do this all the time now when making scrambled. I never had added water either but works fine too. I usually just spray the pan with my Misto and forget the butter, but when used it is good of course. - 7/21/18

    This is a delicious tip!

    I also like to add color to egg whites (if I don't have full eggs to mix in), by using colorful things. Mustard is good.

    Cezan seasoning is good. Taco sauce is good. Flavor!
