This dish is unreal, even with dinner guests.I made it with chicken mince, whole wheat pasta,ff sour cream, reduced fat mozzarella & added some crushed garlic. We served it with a green salad & wholemeal bake at home rolls & it was a huge hit.I will definitely be making it again. Thanks!!! - 5/12/09

Great recipe! I tried it yesterday. The sauce is really creamy and good. I added 1.5 c. of finely chopped mushrooms and zuchinni for added veggies. I also would use less pasta or make more sauce. Mine got a little too dry. GREAT taste though!! - 9/29/08

Great recipe and easy to make. I didn't add as many tomatoes, but did use yogurt instead of sour cream and it was awesome. I am also a garlic lover, so added some as well as basil and oregano. I will make this dish again very soon. Froze some leftovers and will change it up again. - 12/19/17

i also changed a bit I added mushrooms, onions and garlic to the meat. I don't like a lot of sauce I so I eyeballed to my preference (about .5 a jar) and I didn't use a whole box of pasta cause I used penne rigatoni . It would have been a bit plain otherwise. I will definitely make again :) - 10/14/11

Great. I didn't find it dry at all, but I used 13.5 oz box of whole wheat pasta instead of the 16 oz regular box. Needs a little more flavor, I even used garlic & onions. It's a great way to stretch a spaghetti dish. I don't even think it needs baking! - 2/24/10

i thought this was okay. Mine came out a little dry. I did use low fat ingredients which may account for some of the problem. It was good and we might make it again... i plan on using moure sauce next time. - 10/18/09

My 18 month old actually eats it! If that's not good, I don't kow what is. Only downfall, it is so similar to spaghetti, that we plan to have it instead of spaghetti, so not adding to my dinner menu, just replacing an item. love it though! - 3/9/09

Yes, cook the pasta before you add everything in and bake it.

I plan to make this recipe very soon, using Smart Taste pasta by Ronzoni and fat-free sour cream! Thank you for sharing it! Has anyone tried freezing individual portions-- I'm hoping that will work well with this recipe! - 9/30/08

    Reply from STRONGANDSEXY1 (9/30/08)
I haven't tried freezing but it's s'posed to do well. I'd add more liquid in the form of the sauce or tomatoes. There IS a lot of pasta going on here. =)
