Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I replaced the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt to reduce the calories.
Homemade sauce and no salt tomatoes and less cheese made the sodium a lot less. Was good after that
Yoo much sodium
I used low salt tomato sauce and tomatoes to cut down on the sodium. DH and I enjoyed it and will make again
High in calories but a good comfort food. I use different cheese and light sour cream to help slightly. I do like to vary the seasonings too but a hit here.
this was great, i used ground turkey and made my basic SP sauce whole grain zitti and low fat sour cream,
We modified it by using light sour cream instead - saves 24 calories per serving
The nutritional value of this can be upped by simply adding more veggies, using extra-lean beef, low-sodium tomatoes, pasta sauce and whole wheat pasta. Good basic recipe to play around with!
i thought this was okay. Mine came out a little dry. I did use low fat ingredients which may account for some of the problem. It was good and we might make it again... i plan on using moure sauce next time.
This dish is unreal, even with dinner guests.I made it with chicken mince, whole wheat pasta,ff sour cream, reduced fat mozzarella & added some crushed garlic. We served it with a green salad & wholemeal bake at home rolls & it was a huge hit.I will definitely be making it again. Thanks!!!
Sounds good. Can change it with adding some diced zucchini, onion, garlic, mushrooms, fat free sour cream (less) and Ronzoni SmartTaste noodles Maybe Freeze in separate portions! Can prepare and refr until ready to bake. Can mix egg & whole wheat noodles Thanks for the ideas 090107
I plan to make this recipe very soon, using Smart Taste pasta by Ronzoni and fat-free sour cream! Thank you for sharing it! Has anyone tried freezing individual portions-- I'm hoping that will work well with this recipe!
