Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Strawberries, fresh, 1 quart, cleaned/hulled
    Apples (gala, granny smith or other firm), fresh, 2 medium
    Kiwi Fruit, 2 medium, peeled
    Splenda, 4 tsp (remove)
    Strawberry Jams, 2 tbsp

Directions

Clean and place all fruits, Splenda and Strawberry Jam into food processor or chopper and chop until the consistancy of salsa.

Serve with lowfat graham crackers.

    This tastes amazing - it's like everything good about fresh food rolled into one. I have a serving for my afternoon snack with oatcakes. I substitute rhubarb jam for the strawberry sometimes, and will definitely try it with other fruits! YUM! - 9/16/07
