My 9 year old daughter saw this and wanted to make it herself. We just had one question it ask for taco seasoning (we used) and the directions say add chili seasoning. She wanted to make it before school and we put it in a crook pot this am. We tasted it before she left and it taste GREAT! Thanks - 10/2/08

Oops - just a typo! I use taco seasoning and sometimes add a little chili powder to spice it up a little more - but not needed.

My husband just loved this chili. It wasn't the usual fare and he stood up and took notice, had 3 bowls, and asked that I please make it again. I didn't bother to tell him it was good for him. LOL - 9/23/08

Isn't it great to feed them something healthy in disguise! Great to hear your family likes it like ours does.
