Very good, even though I didn't read the comments until after I had it in the oven, so I completely missed the milk. I'm sure even better with it! - 1/28/09

Why does the comment under the recipe title say 95 calories and 2 grams of fat per serving but the nutritional information says 121 calories and 2.9 grams of fat? - 11/5/08

the recipe book that I copied it from states that one serving is only 95 calories based on the following ingredients substitute 1 egg and 2 egg whites for the 3 eggs and use 2/3 cup skim milk, increase vanilla to 1/2 teaspoon. otherwise spark recipes calculated.

How much milk? It says to beat eggts, milk, etc. but does not say how much milk in the ingredients section. - 9/18/08

I used 1/4 cup soy milk, light but you can omit the milk I sometimes do. But usually it would be 2/3 skim milk.
