Awesome A+++++. So good. Family loved it. Changed the soy sauce to Worcestershire and lowered to 2 tbsp for lower sodium. - 1/23/10

This was very tasty. Next time I'll remember to keep the sauce to pour on top! - 4/9/12

    O.K.
I was disappointed that I couldn't even taste the apple flavour - there were too many other flavours to mask it I guess. I don't plan on making this one again. - 1/11/12

    Good
The family liked it thought it to salty. So next time I will cut it done to 1.5 tbsp of soy sauce. My two year did not really like it so maybe i will not put in the red pepper flakes next time, but differently will make it again. Pork tenderloin was not in the budget so used center cut bonelss pork - 8/14/11

My kids loved it. I sliced very thinly, as pork was well done. Served leftovers as toasted ciabatta openface sandwiches, topped with sliced provolone cheese. - 1/19/10
