Ingredients

    1 cup brown rice
    1 cup of beef broth
    1 14.5 oz can of chicken broth
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix together rice, beef broth, chicken broth, butter, garlic salt, and seasoned salt. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.

    I love this recipe! I add vegetables to it - whatever I have in the freezer. It always comes out delicious and perfect. Plus it is a very cheap side dish that makes a LOT. - 6/3/09
