This was easy and oh so tasty! The fact that it's also healthy is just an added bonus for us all. I am always looking for new ways to use imitation crab meat and this fits the bill deliciously!! A new family favourite. We also served it over fetuccini, which was a perfect choice for this sauce. - 7/26/12

This was great! I made it today and will again. Since we are a "spicy" family, I added 1/2 cup of fresh chopped cilantro. I also used 1/2 cup ff sour cream and 4 oz of ff philly cream cheese, and added 1/2 cup of diced green bell peppers. Had to use 1 teaspoon of olive oil - no pan spray! - 1/17/10

This sounds good but the calories are wrong. The Cambells mushroom soup is not counted in the calorie count. It comes up as 0 calories so just a heads up. - 2/1/13

My husband even liked this. I added a little more skim milk to make it saucier, which we prefer. But other than that, I didn't change anything. Great use of imitation crab! - 2/22/11

I really liked this. It tasted so good I kept thinking I was eating something really fattening and unhealthy! Hubby liked it, too. Will definitely make it again. - 1/28/11

My whole family liked this. I served it with fetuccini noodles. I couldn't believe that it was so low in fat, didn't taste like it one bit. - 9/3/10

I enjoyed this, although DD wasn't crazy about the crab - her loss!! I used lowfat sour cream instead of fat-free so the calories and fat content in mine were probably higher. Next time I would leave out the pepper. - 3/16/10

This was delicious! I used reduced fat sour cream instead of fat free, only 12 oz of crab and added 2 cups of chopped broccoli. - 10/4/09

Thank you so much for this recipe!!!!! My husband even loved it, he couldn't tell the difference, between the real stuff and the low-cal recipe. Thanks to spark people he doesn't miss the high fat much anymore. - 9/21/09
