Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    Serving size is 2 cookies
    Makes 48 servings

1/2 cup Cracker Crumbs, graham, plain
3 cup Oats, rolled, old fashioned
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Directions:
1 In medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and oatmeal; set aside. In a large saucepan stir in the sugar, cocoa, milk, and margarine over medium heat until it is dissolved.
2 Bring the mix to a boil for two minutes-this is important. Remove from heat, and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until it is well mixed. Blend in the oatmeal mixture-quickly. Beat by hand until it is thickened (only a few minutes), if necessary.
3 By teaspoon, drop onto waxed paper. Refrigerate or store in another cool place until firm.

The nutritional facts included in the recipe is correct the ones to the right are not. I got this recipe from the designated website and wanted to share it and entered in one ingredient which appears to the right so that I could get it on here for you all.

I loved this. To cut calories, I reduced the sugar to about a quarter of a cup, and sliced up a banana into the oatmeal to add some flavour. :] - 10/19/08

ooh my goodness! These are DELICIOUS~ I didn't have cocoa powder, so I didn't even put it in there, and they came out deliciously! I love them, at first I thought a tsp serving is really small, but the oats make it very satisfying :D - 11/20/08

I have a question. The chart to the right says a serving has 10.7 calories, the chart underneath says 80.7 calories. I am guessing the 80.7 is correct? - 10/26/08

yes... the other one is the correct one.
I actually tried to put a note in the directions so that everyone could know the right amounts.
    Sorry for the confusion.

I love anything that's no bake. But I think I would reduce the sugar to 1/8/less. There's no way I would use Splenda. I do not trust any artificial sugar. - 5/11/10

These are good, but I only got 36 so the cookies must be really small. The next time I make them I am going to reduce the oats. Mine were dry and I think this will help with it. Good overall recipe. - 10/25/08
