I'm planning to make it for this weekend's camping trip. So easy to eat terribly on a camping trip, so I'm hoping to avoid it! :) - 7/22/08

Reading the recipe, I am thinking VEGETARIAN VERSION... How about boston salad to roll all the ingredients into instead of ham? Thanks for the inspiration! :-) - 12/18/08

I loved these things! I'll admit I made them with strawberry preserves instead of the org marmalade, as I had no marmalade and didn't want to buy any just for 1 TBS. It was really good and I will have leftovers for breakfast! - 7/28/08

    Incredible!
Wow-it amazes me how people will butcher a recipe to their liking-then rate it. I believe the recipe is Ham Wrapped Fruit with a cream cheese spread-not pickles&veggies-& that is what s/b rated. I think the recipe sounds really good, and I plan to try the recipe AS PRESENTED, using Teresa's idea - 7/21/08

Looks interesting. I will save and try after I go grocery shopping. I wonder if strawberry flavored cream cheese will work instead of orange marmalade? - 7/21/08

Sounds delicious but as an appetizer, it way to high in carbs, protein ad sodium for me at this time due to health issues. May try to come up with changes to make it healthier. - 7/21/08

These are quick and easy snacks which provide a fruit portion and protein as well. Great if you are trying to cut carbs. Even better when ham is wrapped around a pickle spear! - 7/21/08

I haven't made these in years, but used to use Buddig wafer-thin sliced meats, spiced the cream cheese w/a little onion or garlic powder, and wrap around a carrot, celery or cucumber stick. - 7/21/08

I'm going to try this with smoked turkey - maybe leave out the cream cheese and maramlade. - 7/21/08

I have made a version of this for years. Use a nice even sliced ham (like Plumrose), spread the cream cheese, use a 1/3 of a dill pickel slice instead of the fruit. Very tasty. They are always the first to go at my parties. - 7/21/08

Sounds good, but I am not crazy about ham...little to salty for me. - 7/21/08

It is a great snack to keep in the fridge! I found it works better if you leave the ham slice whole and the fruit in thin long wedges. Chill completely and then slice and it is not so messy to make. - 7/21/08

Sounds good. I will make this without cream cheese amd marmalade. I have made something like this before with Italian ham and cantaloupe. - 7/12/08
