    1/2 c Yogurt, vanilla
    1/2 medium banana
    1/4 c. skim milk
    4 frozen strawberries
    1/2 TBS. honey

Directions

Put all ingredients a blender or Magic Bullet until smooth. Make approx. a 10 oz. smoothie.
