Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Serving size = 2 tsp.-size clusters

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (12 oz package)

    0.5 cup peanuts

    0.5 cup raisins

Directions

Melt the chocolate in a double-boiler (I use a mixing bowl and a large pot with about 2" of boiling water).

Stir in the raisins and peanuts.

Use a teaspoon to scoop out each "cluster"; be sure to get nuts and raisins in each scoop!

Place spoonfuls on waxed paper (using a spatula or another spoon to get the clusters to drop is helpful)

Allow the clusters to cool (I put my waxed paper on a cookie sheet and then put the whole thing in the fridge)

Makes ~20 servings, depending on size of spoon.

These are amazing. So quick AND easy!! Fabulous. I added almond slivers and crushed walnuts to mine, with the raisins, as my family likes them better than peanuts. They were fantastic! Great recipe, will definitely make these again!! - 4/7/07
