Introduction

A low calorie version of recipe off back of Rice Chex box. A low calorie version of recipe off back of Rice Chex box.
Number of Servings: 26

Ingredients

    10 cups Any combination of Rice, Corn or Wheat Chex
    2 cups Pretzels
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
    I pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
    4 T I Can't Believe It's Butter Fat Free

Directions

Combine chex cereal and pretzels in large bowl. In separate bowl microwave butter until melted. Pour over chex and pretzels. Stir to coat. Shake Dip Mix over chex mix stir adding in parmesan cheese and salt (optional). Mix until entirely coated. Put mixture onto cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake for 5-10 min @ 350. WATCH CAREFULLY, as I almost burned my batch the first time :) Bake until desired crispiness. Enjoy!

Makes 26 servings 1/2c = 1 serving or 1/2c = 1 point.

    Mmmmmm--tried mixing the butter and ranch seasoning, which did not work well. In case you are thinking about doing that. - 7/26/11
