The cookies were great, but you can't leave them to chill longer than 1 hour. I put them in the fridge before making and eating dinner and the dough was hard and crumbly when I took it out. I was able to press the crumbles together, but I could see by the center how it really should have been. - 12/7/07

Thought these were great but my husband said they were "kind of boring". I disagree :-) I tried the roll into a ball method that someone suggested and it worked well, but took a bit longer to cook even in small balls. I smooshed them a bit with the spatula when they came out of the oven. Yum! - 2/5/09

excellent! I used a tablespoon for my scoop, rolled into a ball, and patted down...baked for 9 minutes & they were perfect...I also agree with not chilling for more than one hour...at 1 hr 15 min, the batter was already beginning to crumble. Will definitely make again this weekend for a party! - 2/23/10

Very easy to make and sinful! These are so rich that I can't eat more than one. I didn't have time to make these within the hour chill time so the batter sat in the fridge overnight. It was a little hard to work with initially and I had to bake the first batch a little longer. Still awesome though!! - 5/28/10

Sounds fantastic, but seems silly to spend more than 100 cal and 4g fat for 1 cookie, and who eats just one? I'm saving this recipe but definitely tweaking it to make it more realistic. I'm sure they taste fantastic, and I know not everything has to be healthy, but this is asking for trouble, lol! - 7/11/09
