Introduction

This is on the back of the Foster Farms Frozen Chicken Thighs package. It takes chicken thighs straight from the freezer to the oven. Really great taste. (Note Mar, 2014 - due to reviews, I changed the pepper to 1 tsp. Sorry guys - my husband is a pepper monkey) This is on the back of the Foster Farms Frozen Chicken Thighs package. Incredible!

This was so delicious and easy to make. I used thighs with the bone in and not frozen, so I dropped the temp to 350 and baked them for about an hour, also added roasted tomatoes and served it with a side of brown rice and green beans. I will definitely be making this again. - 9/9/09

I was so happy to find a recipe using frozen meat, as I forgot to thaw anything today! This was SO easy and was tasty too! My kids liked it too. - 6/11/11

Tasty and very easy to make! Like the other reviewers I used fresh chicken thighs, and lowered the temperature and it worked very well. Next time I will try it with sundried tomatoes for added flavour. - 11/20/09

I made this last night following the recipe exactly. Using a tablespoon of pepper is way to much for us. It burned our mouth which took the enjoyment away. Next time I try this I will cut the black pepper down to a teaspoon or less. It is worth trying again because the other flavors were great. - 2/7/13

Way too much black pepper. I should have known that a Tablespoon would have been too much. Otherwise it tasked OK...just OK. - 1/3/13

This is okay. My boyfriend liked it a bit more than I did. I may make it again, but it won't be a regular thing for me. - 8/29/11
