I found your calorie problem. :) You have the chicken set as 2 breasts instead of 2 pounds of meat. This sounds really good, though. I'm going to make it for dinner this week and come back and rate it. Thanks!! :D -- made it and hubby and I loved it! Thanks again!! - 3/13/10

    This was very good. I did add 1 1/2c uncooked brown rice and 2 1/2c water. I got about10servings at 1 1/2c each. - 3/17/08

It was amazing! I adjusted the recipe by not adding the salsa b/c my kids don't like it as much as I do. I used only 1/3 packet of the fajita season. packet and 1 can of beans to lower the sodium and used whole wheat tortillas, topped with low-fat shredded cheese and the family enjoyed it! Thanks! - 12/11/09

This was very good, but we got 8 servings out of one batch, even though we used about one pound of chicken. My five-year-old really liked it. - 3/21/08

I enjoyed this recipe a lot...my hubby loved it! Made some brown Minute Rice using the extra liquid that was in the crockpot which made the rice delicious! We are thinking about trying it with pork next time...thanks for the great base recipe! - 6/10/12

This was pretty good. It was too juicy and hard to drain for putting on a tortilla. One put it over a salad and the rest of us used tortillas. - 2/17/09

I will make this, but there is no way that the nutritional info is correct. 4 servings of 2 lbs of chicken = 8 oz chicken each serving (almost 250 cal) - 2/19/08

Delicious! I used chicken cutlets so I didn't have to cut up chicken breasts. Cooked on high for 4 hrs and it was wonderful. I will keep this in my rotation. - 10/20/09

Hey folks, this looks really good. Will be using it this week. REMEMBER...If you have an outside plug/outlet you can plug the crock pot in outside...keeps the kitchen COOL!! Do set a timer in the house to remind you when to go check it as you won't smell what is cooking!! - 6/28/09

very good. If you cut your chicken slices thin, cut your cooking time down. I made a half batch and it turned out great! - 3/10/08

Not bad, but its not on my do over list. I don't think the fajita taste translates in a crockpot. - 5/21/10

Amazing, I totally one the cook off challenge between me and my boyfriend with this one. I would say it's comparable to Qdoba if spicy chili beans are used. - 2/13/08
