I found your calorie problem. :) You have the chicken set as 2 breasts instead of 2 pounds of meat. This sounds really good, though. I'm going to make it for dinner this week and come back and rate it. Thanks!! :D -- made it and hubby and I loved it! Thanks again!!
I added just 1/8 2% milk shredded cheddar and some reduced fat sour cream on a tortilla AWESOME!
It was amazing! I adjusted the recipe by not adding the salsa b/c my kids don't like it as much as I do. I used only 1/3 packet of the fajita season. packet and 1 can of beans to lower the sodium and used whole wheat tortillas, topped with low-fat shredded cheese and the family enjoyed it! Thanks!
I will make this, but there is no way that the nutritional info is correct. 4 servings of 2 lbs of chicken = 8 oz chicken each serving (almost 250 cal)
