Ingredients

    1 head of broccoli (chopped
    1 head of cauliflower (chopped)
    1/2 onion (chopped)
    3 stalks celery (chopped)
    3/4 cup (not packed) raisins

    2/3 cup mayo
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup vinegar

Directions

Chop and mix together broccoli, cauliflower, onion, celery and raisins in a large bowl. Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl and add to broccoli mixture. Keep chilled.

    I hope you can be bold enough to make this recipe and discover it is really quite tasty. Sometimes you have to make a recipe and really taste it even if the list of ingredients looks strange to see what the combination of flavors will bring. Can't judge a book by its cover:)

    Great idea on the low-fat mayo and Splenda. Lower in fat and calories, but still just as tasty.
