I am not a fan of pork chops, but these were absolutely AMAZING! I dashed my chops with garlic salt and browned them with some minced garlic. I substituted the white whine for some red wine vinegar with garlic flavor. I also added 3 dashes of worchestershire sauce. They turned out great! - 7/16/10

Turned out really great with some more veggies and since it was a bit plain i added a couple dashes of shoyu to kick up the flavor like how i would for gravy if its late in the process and its was good. - 3/22/12

    O.K.
My husband and I found this meal to be rather bland. I followed the recipe exactly except for 1% milk in place of skim and the addition of a small can of mushrooms. I then served it over Basamati rice and a side of fresh green beans. - 9/9/11

    Very Good
This was good. The sauce was a bit runny (I added the full 1/2 cup of wine) so I cooked it mostly without the lid on. Next time I think I'd add less milk and maybe sherry instead of white wine... and maybe some fried onions, seasoned salt or something; it was just a titch bland. Easy though!! - 1/6/11

Absolutely delicious...I used two thick cut pork chops (about 14oz) that I trimmed the fat from, and served with a side of mushrooms and peas. The sauce is AMAZING and nutritious! - 7/22/10

A keeper. Quick and easy. I tenderized and put a couple of cloves of minced garlic on the chops before I browned them. Once browned, I removed them and added some extra sliced mushrooms and a dash of worchestershire sauce. Then add chops back & followed recipe. Served over brown rice. - 2/8/10

This was a really delicious meal. I substituted beef strips in place of pork chops. The sauce is off the chain. I added whole mushrooms as well. Delicious!. Will try it with fried pork chop next time.

Cooked with fried pork chops tonight. It was even better.

Pork is and of itself a food group as far as my hubby is concerned and when I showed him this recipe he said that's what's for dinner tomorrow! Can't wait to try it, it sounds so yummy! - 2/7/09
