This was good. The sauce was a bit runny (I added the full 1/2 cup of wine) so I cooked it mostly without the lid on. Next time I think I'd add less milk and maybe sherry instead of white wine... and maybe some fried onions, seasoned salt or something; it was just a titch bland. Easy though!!
Absolutely delicious...I used two thick cut pork chops (about 14oz) that I trimmed the fat from, and served with a side of mushrooms and peas. The sauce is AMAZING and nutritious!
I am not a fan of pork chops, but these were absolutely AMAZING! I dashed my chops with garlic salt and browned them with some minced garlic. I substituted the white whine for some red wine vinegar with garlic flavor. I also added 3 dashes of worchestershire sauce. They turned out great!
