if you love stuffed cabbage (galumpki) this works REAL WELL as an easy/simple substitute with all the flavors & hardly any calories. I would recommend don't be shy on the cabbage - It cooks down considerably, and have a side of sauce available.(i love sauce on my stuffed cabbages)
