I omitted the butter in the sauce and it was just fine. I also used the Shake and Bake Spicy so it was nice and spicy/hot. I served with Light Blue Cheese dressing. Yummy. - 6/28/08

Great idea to use Shake & Bake! Omitted the honey, used yogurt instead of buttermilk as the marinade; used Hot & Spicy Shake & Bake, and Texas Pete hot sauce. - 1/20/08

    Incredible!
I omitted the shake n bake, because I really didn't want it crispy, and it turned out amazing. I think I'll try using a hotter sauce next time, also. - 8/8/11

Good recipe, but cals wrong due to chicken and shake n bake. Chicken entered as 1.5 unit from 1lb ready to bake which is just 1.5 breasts. Shake/bake entered as 1.5 serving, but there are 8 servings in one packet. Simple mistake due to SP cal counts. Actual count closer to 300. Just be careful. - 4/6/11
