This recipe is a miracle! For the first time in the 10 years that we've been together my husband ate fish without tarter sauce! We bought fresh salmon down at the pier today, and I was afraid that this sweet of a sauce would overpower it and ruin it, but it was wonderful! Restaurant quality! - 8/14/10

This is a very good glaze! I just added a little garlic powder, black pepper, paprika (i like mine slightly spicey), dried onion chips and parsley. Next time i think i will let the fish simmer just a few minutes longer on very low heat to let it marinade more. This is great.. thanks!

Salmon is already good plain but this recipe brings the wow factor. I didn't have any lime, so I just added a pinch of garlic to up the flavor and it still tasted great. I paired it with some steamed broccoli and brown rice and dinner was served in 30 mins. I will definitely be making this again. - 2/1/13

After serving this to my husband he took a bite, looked at me and said, "Hey, if you don't want your salmon then I want it... actually even if you do want it, I still want it." I told him I was glad he liked it, to which he replied, "Like is NOT the word for it." Hit a home run with this one!! - 1/15/13

I made this recipe without the water, oil or lime juice, less honey, and used a honey dijon mustard. Then I basted it on frozen fillets and wrapped them in tin foil and put them on the bbq. Easy to customize with other spices (ginger, garlic, etc). It turned out fantastic and it was so fast! - 7/17/12
