    Incredible!
It is simple and easy to make. It is delicious. I sprinkled sesame seeds on as well. I will definitely make it again. I made it with low sodium soy sauce. I might try Braggs. - 7/12/15

The directions call for Olive Oil, yet it is not listed in the ingredients. How much is supposed to be used and is it included in the nutritional info? - 8/18/14

Sounds like a great recipe. However, I am cooking for "one" and need to know what size your servings are so I may cut the recipe down accordingly. What size are the finished servings? - 12/17/10

    Incredible!
very good and easy to make with ingredients on hand! Only I cooked the bok choy in a little water instead of the olive oil and drained it before adding sesame oil, etc. later on. The water I drained, about 1/4 c. was delicious to just drink! - 4/6/10

    Incredible!
Husband and I both loved this. The first time we had Bok Choy and really enjoyed it. A few subs I made were Braggs liquid aminos for the soy sauce. Used 1/2 tsp of sesame oil instead of 1 tsp and added a tsp of toasted sesame seeds, white vinegar for the white wine. Definite make again, thanks! - 3/19/10

This was excellent. I also marinated some firm tofu (4 oz) and added this to the dish. I ate the whole amount as a meal for dinner over 3/4 cup basmati rice. Yummy! - 7/17/09
