Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    15 oz crinkle cut fries
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cheddar cheese soup

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1. Brown ground turkey
2. Mix in soups
3. Pour mixture into a 13x9in pan
4. Top with fries and bake until fries are crispy and golden. (I usually turn mine up to 450 at the end to get them extra crispy)

    Loved this! I did make a few additions. I sauteed some shallots along with the turkey. Also added some worcestershire and season salt. This is also how I make turkey burgers, it just adds a little flavor to the turkey. - 2/17/11
