Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup macaroni
    1 pound ground beef
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
    1 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes with green chiles
    4 Tablespoons Salsa (Optional)

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on package.

Brown ground beef, drain and rinse before placing back in skillet. Add chopped onion and green pepper to the ground beef and cook until slightly done, stirring constantly.

Add undrained diced tomatoes and salsa to ground beef mixture. Heat through.

Add drained macaroni and mix well.
